Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing a pre-order on the Orelant website. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Pre-Order Agreement

When you place a pre-order for an Orelant product, you are agreeing to purchase the product at the advertised price. A refundable deposit of $199 USD is required to secure your pre-order. The remaining balance will be charged before the product ships.

2. Refundable Deposit

Your $199 deposit is fully refundable at any time before your order ships. To request a refund, contact us at support@orelant.com. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Pricing & Plans

• Early Bird — $599: Orelant box + 2 cameras + AI software. Save $200 off the regular price.
• Pro — $799: Orelant box + 4 cameras + AI software + priority support.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at the time of shipment.

4. Shipping & Delivery

The first batch of Orelant units is estimated to ship in Q3 2026. This date is an estimate and may change due to manufacturing or logistics factors. We will keep you updated on any changes to the shipping timeline via email.

5. Product Description

Orelant is a hardware + software system for smart home safety monitoring. Product specifications, features, and design may evolve before the final shipping version. We will inform pre-order customers of any material changes.

6. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will issue a full refund of your deposit and notify you by email. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the deposit paid.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Orelant and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orelant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us.

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
